After hearing many wonderful things about this location , I decided to dine in today. Lets start with the positives! The food was phenomenal ! The burger was co... read more After hearing many wonderful things about this location , I decided to dine in today. Lets start with the positives! The food was phenomenal ! The burger was cooked perfectly and the salad was fresh and delicious. To my disappointment , the service was extremely...lacking. The experience consisted of a lot of looking around for my server and shouting across the restaurant to get staff attention. There were only about 4 or 5 tables and more than enough servers.Most of the time the staff were huddled at the bar with their phones out showing each other pictures or something. After finally getting my servers attention Kelsey I informed her that the service at this point is not up to par. She apologized and said she had no excuse. What bothers me most is the service never picked up from there. I still had to break up the staff gathering at the bar to get my bill. Over all this left a sour taste in my mouth. Maybe it was an off day. Hopefully the managers will follow up and make sure staff are more attentive to guests instead of each other.

Service great, greetings and seat... read more Greetings all, After all this time finally made it to one of the Hambrgr locations in Hamilton. Met and exceeded expectations. Service great, greetings and seating perfect, observation of all safety protocols....and the venue is comfortable and attractive. Oh yeah, food terrific! We both enjoyed...the Smash special with brie, bacon jam, arugula and sauce of some kind and share the fries basket combo of sweet potato fries (best I've EVER had) and regular fries. Craft beer selection good, and enjoyed our choices. Looking forward to another visit.

Took the server's advice on beer and... read more Went for Sunday Brunch and had a fabulous meal with friends. The service was excellent friendly, helpful and just perfect. Took the server's advice on beer and meals, and was not disappointed. Great beer list and the burgers are big because we ordered...a couple of different sides, I could only eat half the burger. They have a Tater Tots and Cheese sauce that is exactly as good as you imagine it to be. I will definitely go back (and to this location since the service just made the meal).
