I have visited this restaurant on 3 occasions firstly in 2011 and wasn't too impressed back then. A friend persuaded me to come again and was pleasantly surprised i had a lot better experience and have since been again : both times the food was nice and reasonably priced too. View all feedback.
What HaagseBluf doesn't like about Cali/palmieri Gmbh Pizzeria Roma:
Although all staff are Italian, the food is mediocre, especially the pizza's, which resembled supermarket pan pizza. Pasta's were okay and salads soaked in dressing (the German way). Service was friendly but somewhat slow. Tiramisu made up for a lot and so did the bill: 14 euro each for bruschetta, pizza/pasta, two wine and a coffee/tiramisu. View all feedback.
The staff were not really service minded at all, but unfortunately very arrogant. We were 9 people for dinner, and when we were about to pay, we were told that they didn’t accept Visa cards. The owner told us, it wasn’t his fault or his problem, and that we should’ve asked. Not recommendable.
The staff were so lovely and patient with our complicated orders and limited German, and the food was excellent they had a big menu to choose from and the prices were better than reasonable. And there was plenty of cheese on the pizza. Excellent pasta.Outstanding.
I have always loved eating thre. The pizza is grate and my favorite is the Toño , tuna pizza. Also the seefood spaghetti are wonderful. The hous wine gives it a wonderful flavor to it all.the staff is friendly and the place is clean .
