I waited in line for 33 minutes. It's not fair to blame the workers when they were clearly understaffed. This franchise needs to improve their employee management. This is the third time I've encountered the same issue.
I have been to this restaurant twice, and each time they took over 20 minutes for each car in the drive-thru. I don't understand their inefficiency. Who is in charge here? I need answers. They are aware of how many customers they are losing by having such slow service. There were four cars in line in front of me.
I don't know what happened to this wendys. Since they have hired these new young children, it is downhill. Waiting times are exaggerated I would not call it fast at this place ... sometimes they can see how they smoke gras on the side of the drive thru. dear wendys nuggets, but I wish this place was more professional. will never recommend
