This franchise needs to improve their employee management. This is the third time I've encountered the same issue.

Who is in c... read more I have been to this restaurant twice, and each time they took over 20 minutes for each car in the drive-thru. I don't understand their inefficiency. Who is in charge here? I need answers. They are aware of how many customers they are losing by having such slow service. There were four cars in line in front of me.
