The food was excellent, served hot and fresh. The chicken was crispy and packed with flavor. The sides were also hot, and the mac and cheese was perfect. The young woman who assisted us at the drive-thru was very pleasant and polite.
I had a disappointing experience at the restaurant. The staff member I interacted with was quite rude, and the level of customer service was inadequate. Furthermore, the chicken I was served was undercooked. Overall, it was the worst experience I've ever had.
I ordered a four-piece chicken dinner delivered to my home, and I was pleasantly surprised by how hot and fresh the food was. The only downside for me was that KFC has raised their prices.
