I have no issues with the food or the staff at this KFC. My only concern is the location. South Dixwell Ave is known for high crime and poverty, making it unsafe to visit the restaurant. You risk becoming a victim simply by going there to get your food.
It would be great if they offered green vegetables to make the meal more balanced.
The food was fresh, delicious, and excellent. I ordered a 12-piece meal and shared it with Leon Lagacy and Neptüne Tha Planet. The service was prompt, and the staff were very understanding and friendly. Despite a large lunch crowd, the service remained quick. Overall, I give it an A.
The food is bland and doesn't always taste fresh.
I had a disappointing experience at the restaurant. The staff member I interacted with was quite rude, and the level of customer service was inadequate. Furthermore, the chicken I was served was undercooked. Overall, it was the worst experience I've ever had.
