this was my face after seeing the festive “christmas” donut i was forced to get. i asked the worker to get a boston crème and he straight up said no. and then he judged me and peer pressured me into getting the christmas donut. that’s so depressing also he didn’t accept the bright red boa i was offering him to wear during his shift so overall just a very disappointing dunkin run. got my cawfee tho! My usual quick stop at this restaurant was a bit delayed due to understaffing during my visit. However, they did get my order correct, so I have no complaints there. The only issue was the long wait and some confusion among the staff while I was waiting. Overall, it was still a positive experience.
I have had a disappointing experience at this Dunkin' Donuts in Hamden. About one out of every three times I go through the drive-thru, they get my order wrong. I am not the only one who has experienced this issue with them. Overall, it is known as the worst Dunkin' Donuts in Hamden.
I have had consistently bad experiences at this Dunkin' Donuts every time I have visited. I ordered a bagel sandwich that was supposed to be roasted, but the bagel was not roasted and only slightly warm. The employees were incredibly rude. When I tried to add a coffee at the first window, I was told they would do it this time, but then I was informed I couldn't add it at the next window. What happened to customer service expectations? I will not be returning to this Dunkin' Donuts again. The owners should address these issues.
Not only was the woman over rude. but asked for an English muffin with wurstei and cheese asked for it to be roasted and she sniffed and it was not roasted.
Employee behind the counter told me I hope I don’t get beat up for not wearing a mask. another employee got up into my face. HORRIBLE employees.
