My wondering never changed 2 wing combos (separa... read more NEW OWNERS MANAGEMENT.And now the place is filthy.I ordered over the phone and had to repeat my order 4 times . My wondering never changed 2 wing combos (separate flavors with fat boy fries and a separate side broccoli .When I arrived . The establishment was hot , the floors had rolled up balls of tissue , crumbs and was really sticky .My flipflops were glued to the floor with every step . If the front looks like this , i can only imagine how nasty the back looks .My 15 minute order was actually a 45 minute wait . When I finally got my order it was incorrect . I had toRepeat myself again and the man taking my order was still confused that I wanted fries with both combo’s and broccoli on the side . He assumed 1 fry and 1 broccoli order after I corrected him in person and via phone .Lastly , I was emailed a discount with points from previous orders of $5 off.The man at the register didnt know how to apply it or what it was despite it coming from their establishment . You can no longer see the price of your food and input your phone number for points as they have turned off the black kiosk and only have the Apple Pay square .Will not return !!

But after spending $90 plus dollars including a substantial tip online which put it over $100. I was very disappointed with the woman at the front counter who when I walked in and gave her my name. She didn't look up from her phone,just pointed to the bag of food on the shelf. I was very angry that I had given them a tip and then I was treated like this. Inow patronize the Chinese restaurant further down the road on Whitney Ave. Their hospitality maybe phony but I can deal withthat.

The first time I tried to walk in around 830 ish and they said the kitchen was closed which the restaurant says 9pm online. I gave them the benefit of the doubt.About 2 days later I tried to call in my order early and no one answered so I don?t know why they have a number. I finally got achance to actually order the food the third time. I ordered the sweet and tangy wings with the house rice special. Like I saidI?m only being honest, the wings were terrible. Soggy, no flavor, and the chicken itself was just bad quality like the deformedtype of chicken. I was highly upset. The rice had more peas than rice and the rice was just not it. This is not to bash therestaurant this is honest feed back especially after trying and finally actually getting the food I thought I?d be a happycustomer but I ended up extremely disappointed. I literally ate 3 wings and threw it out and the rice I ate about a spoonful.Ima 1 and done kind of person 1st impressions mean everything! Sorry but the food ain?t it.
