Their sweet potato cornbread is incredible... The cinnamon maple syrup butter they put on top sets it apart from other cornbreads I've tried in the past. As for entrees on their menu they serve some of the best wings I've had with tons of different sauces. The only menu item I didn't enjoy was the rice bowls. To be honest, I had tried to get this food several times, just to show my support for the business. the first time that I tried to go in about 830 esh and they said the kitchen is closed what the restaurant says 9 clock online. I gave them the advantage of the doubt. about 2 days later I tried to call in my order early and nobody answered so I don't know why they have a number. I finally got the chance to order that for the third time. I ordered the sweet and brownish wings with the house special. as I said, I'm just honest, the wings were terrible. soggy, no taste, and the huh itself was only bad quality as the deformed type of huhn. I was very upset. the rice had inherited more than rice and the rice was simply not. this is not to bash the restaurant, that is honest food back especially after the attempt and finally get the food that I thought I was a happy customer, but I ended extremely disappointed. I literally ate 3 wings and threw it out and the rice that I eat over a spoon of ate. ima 1 and done art of person 1. impressions mean everything! I'm sorry, but eating is not.
This place was not disappointed. I was there for the first time and didn't know what to expect. I and my friend have rice bowls and they were absolutely incredible. the service is excellent. the personal is super friendly and accommodating. I will add this to my arsenal of ham food!
Just saw this place on Uber eats and had to order! Absolutely delicious and tons of options!
I really didn't have high expectations, but the wings all tasted similar. Well, to be fair, the lemon pepper wings had a dusting of some seasoning. The shrimp were over cooked, drenched in sauce and very salty. The Chinatown wings and the bomb wings tasted nearly identical except for a slight sweetness difference.I'll give this place another shot.. Maybe.
Last night I ordered two wing combos, got one cold order of wings with no sauce, no rice, and a overcooked tray of broccoli. The server Vinoda closed an hour early so we couldn't come back to complain. There was another customer standing outside that paid and didn't even get his food because they locked up. Didn't eat the food and went to wood n tap
