We were just walking around and looking for a place to dinner when we saw this restaurant with a sign for a buffet. the buffet was stopped for breakfast. the re... read more We were just walking around and looking for a place to dinner when we saw this restaurant with a sign for a buffet. the buffet was stopped for breakfast. the restaurant looked like a place where the locals go so that we decided to stay., the staff was friendly and courteous and between their English and my limited German we could order a meal. some of us ordered the cheese hamburger, who was delicious, staff could lead us into a local food business, so we could buy some snacks. the price was reasonable and of course the beer was great.

This is a nice clean restaurant and the staff are very friendly and helpful, the English of a coworker was excellent. we had breakfast this morning, it was a ni... read more This is a nice clean restaurant and the staff are very friendly and helpful, the English of a coworker was excellent. we had breakfast this morning, it was a nice display, similar to our carvery in england. they can eat, so they just go on. the price is really good. we will go back Monday before we return to Britain.

Good choice of foods, and very filling when it arrived. Delicious too. A good buzz in the restaurant. Not pushed to finish up and move on. Sounds like...it might be a better evening location. Nice location in Eppendorf.
