A sobering experience – disappointing quality and poor service My recent order from Sushi Up Eppendorf was unsatisfactory in several respects. Delivery was significantly delayed, without any notification or apology, which left a negative initial impression. Unfortunately, this impression continued when I ate the food: The quality of the sushi did not meet the expectations one might have given the price range. The rice was dry, the fish bland in flavor, and of questionable freshness. Particularly regrettable was the unprofessional approach of the customer service, who responded with astonishing disrespect to polite inquiries. Given the culinary offerings in Eppendorf, I will refrain from ordering from this provider again.
Delicious food and very friendly staff. Always fast, warm, and filling portions.
