Slowman - Hamburg

Opposite to traditional sushi, these came with carrots and weird red vegetables in it. The Nigiri were the same weird makis but with salmon on top. The rice was also not very enjoyable. Maybe other food of the menu is better, but the sushi is not to be recommended

I went to Slowman because I didn't want to venture out from my hotel. This was a mistake. There are much better choices within 1 block. I ordered the 3 course dinner, a beer and asked for water. The beer never came. The water cost EUR5.5 The food was nothing special especially for the price. It was convenient but I'd not recommend.

I had 2 days fish and this was very very good. They cook with a lots of herbs and you taste it and jut enjoy

The concept of this restaurant is so clear as it named, slow. Nowadays to provide a regional ingredient which the Creme de la Creme is quite difficult but they do. best for our health, stomach and nature. high recommended one if you are in hamburg

The breakfast in the slovman is rich, egg dishes are prepared on request. in the evening a fantastic, though small card attracts the dinner. we had the 4 go menu and were very satisfied. it is used bioproducts, it costs a little more, but you also taste. the service was very friendly. In addition, we had a special wish and the cook informed us personally why he used certain flavors and others did not. very accommodating.
