On the special menu today (... read more We spontaneously got a table. We received a warm welcome and were able to watch the boys at work in the open kitchen from our table. On the special menu today (Saturday) there was a huge schnitzel with fries and salad at a very fair price. The side salad was freshly prepared with high quality ingredients. The meat was very good to the point. The portion was really a challenge. We received attentive care throughout our stay. Although the restaurant was busy, there was even time for a nice conversation. Unreserved recommendation! On our next visit to Hamburg we will try the completely homemade burgers!

However, I paid for my meal twice because the payment terminal wasn't working. When I saw that the amount had been debited from my account twice, I immediately reported it to them. They wanted to investigate and rectify it. I've sent numerous text messages and voicemails, but nothing has been done to resolve the issue. Therefore, I'm writing this review as a last ditch effort.
