We had booked a 3-course surprise menu and were satisfied with the compilation of the courses as well as the quality of the meals. the service was a bit distant... read more We had booked a 3-course surprise menu and were satisfied with the compilation of the courses as well as the quality of the meals. the service was a bit distant, a little more attention (presentation of the walks, drink-acceptance) would have been nice since the restaurant was maximum half full and we were in the immediate vicinity to the staff. otherwise a beautiful ambiente with great views over the hamburg harbour scenery, which was only distorted by partly dominant cuisine.

We like the schauermanns unfortunately the quality at two eating was not as usual. at this beautiful small menu (three meat dishes) we expect the meat to be coo... read more We like the schauermanns unfortunately the quality at two eating was not as usual. at this beautiful small menu (three meat dishes) we expect the meat to be cooked on the spot. we had the ducks and the freshlings which both were cooked too long and therefore unfortunately came to us dry.
