We had the 10-course menu that was excellent and well explained. will be going over and over again!

If regionality means that they say interesting and not tasty, then they have to wonder how much one is worth the region. Eat is high quality, cry too expensive and very special, twice I recommended for an open return that never happened to me. service could be more attentive, but really annoying, the music sound (AC/DC,) was the uncomfortable chairs / benches, the loudness in the restaurant. in a star restaurant, I would like to feel hospitable, that was not the case here.

The food was amazing as always. However, from our last visit to 10.12. there were certain overlaps; in the quality of the food and in view of the price called, a complete change of menu in the monthly rhythm (as before) would be desirable from our point of view. But everything in all it was as always an absolutely wonderful evening! Service and ambience were also great as usual!
