Wandering around the evil St Pauli you may want to have a bite and Pizza Bande is a good place. Tucked in a little street you walk in , order a pizza with a huge variety of tops and wait sometimes for an hour.In the meantime yuo enjoy the comings and goings of multi coloured Hamburg fauna.For a pizza with three topings like the one in the pic expect to pay around 16 €. We were there on friday evening and had to wait 50 minutes for a pizza that we hoped to be AMAZINGLY freakin good - but it wasn't special at all. It was just a normal pizza, nothing extraordinary (not good not bad). We were happy to have our pizzas and felt satisfied when leaving. A friend who lives in St. Pauli said this place has the best pizza in the city but I'm a vegan, I said. Turns out, they had an awesome vegan pizza (the She-Ra) with seasonal white asparagus, to boot!
Pizza was delicious and inexpensive! Everyone should try their vegan pizzas, they were great. Staff was also really nice.
If you are in St Pauli a good option for tasty freshly prepared pizza. Toppings range from standards to unconventional such as crumbs of German black bread.
Waited for about 40 minutes for a pizza and totally happy it. This is probably the best pizza that I have eaten, including all the pizzas that I have eaten in Italy.
Probably the best pizza dough I ever had! A lot of great vegan options to build your own pizza and great specials. I also loved the atmosphere there. Sadly not the biggest fan of the vegan cheese, but everthing else was great!
