When we went, there were menus, Nouri's menu and the Piment menu, each approximately courses. The waiters find out what you...do not want/are allergic to and they do the rest. I do not know how often the menu changes. We arrived at PM and did not leave until after The room was nearly full. They do not rush you. The courses are all very interesting with different flavors and textures. Wahabi Nouri originally from Casablanca creates courses that make for a memorable evening. Recommend reservations and not to be in a hurry.

The service was wonderful and friendly as to be expected of a Michelinrated restaurant. The food is modern French and the set menus give you some different options for seafood...vs. foie gras and sweetsavory dessert. The food is elegantly showcased on artistic plating and you can enjoy an set dinner for about euros. The dishes have a good range of foods: scallop, deer, foie gras, white fish, and savory mousses. The sauces that were used on several of the dishes seemed to be very similar with an acidic brown broth of some kind...this is the only thing I wish had some more variance. It is a great dinner date place
