Contribute FeedbackI ordered a teller or board with typical Bavarian small meat dishes, sour wort, dumplings and the like, and then a apple trudel (apple cake.) I am also on the way in southern Germany, and as far as I could find the food I got, that was real, and not just a tourist ding that should look like that. the decor and decorations and costumes of the personal (at least you: a dirndl) also looked right. prices were moderate compared to quality. the only thing that was a bad thing is that when I asked for a time (in German, so nothing strange there) I got it yesterday, and when I complained about it to waitress, she just took it back and didn't take the effort to get a new one. there were also not many guests there; they had just opened and I was a guest, and they were two employees. because the restaurant is part of a large, luxurious hotel, I am sure there are daily newspapers. that was just a little, but in a first-class restaurant they would of course have picked up the current time when they saw that the hospitable was disappointed with the aftermath of yesterday. the location is perfect, very close to the main railway station. that may sound a little when they sit at home preparing their journey, but while they are there they are often tired, exhausted, their feet are painful, etc. then it is very good to have a beautiful place that is very easy to find and does not require much too foot to look for it!
This is the first time that I ate paulaner and let down and dissatisfied. I thought I would try the hamburg classic of 3 fish fillets with bratkartoffeln and gurken. but when it arrived, I was shocked to see that it should have been. called roast potatoes with fish! it is misleading to describe the fish as a filet when they are so small! Apart from a sauce there was nothing special about this classic dish. fish was fresh, but overcooked. this court would not recommend to glue best with the meat dishes for which this place is known.
We got here accidentally, when all places were closed on Sunday morning. And actually were impressed. Food was delicious, we ordered a soup with potatoes- yammy and strudel with sour cream and ice cream. Waiter was friendly and helped with recommendations. Also there were a...lot of locals. Hence if you’re looking for a good place at fair price, this one will work.
We had a meal there on Sunday night and unfortunately it was bad. the black bone was dried and my man could not eat it. looks like it was reheated and cooked.
A typical Paulaner Bar good beer and food always comes behind..I go to Paulaner Bars full and do not leave hungry..
