Every time something was miss... read more We have been going to this restaurant for Kalleh Pacheh on Saturdays for years, but the last three visits have been disappointing. Every time something was missing – lemon, salt or the drink we ordered – and all they said was: “We forgot.” Three times in a row is no longer a coincidence, but rather a lack of organization. Last time we were served raw meat, which of course we didn't eat. When we complained about this, we were only taken seriously after we showed it. Such unprofessional behavior is unacceptable, especially towards regular customers. Message to the management of Restaurant Pars: Stop spending money on unreliable influencers. The long time residents of Hamburg know who only posts for a fee that says nothing about quality. My suggestion: 1.Modernize the restaurant design 2.Improve the quality of food and service 3.Focus on real Google reviews this is how you get real customers.
