The potatoes are great, salsa rojo & verde are great as well. I am missing something with Squid or Octopus, even if its a bit more expensive but thats what Portugal is all about.

It can be annoying that you sit ten centimeter from another pair, but in this place it is not so important. There is something special about the atmosphere in Mareas that let you simply relax. It doesn't matter if the waitress made a mistake and brought you espresso instead of Spezi. You just enjoy the evening. What can I say. It's a nice place created by friendly people/ who offer you extremely great food.
