Linde - Hamburg

The tuna Steak within my tuna burger was literally frozen. The worst part was that they didn't seem very surprised or worried! They replaced it with a very mediocre veggie burger, for which I was charged full price. The only concession they made to their...abysmal food was a complimentary espresso. Very much a place to be avoided. Although I found the prices on the menu reasonable, I can't really give a good preisleistungs Rating when the Food was inedible

After looking over some places to go on trip advisor, we chose this one. It is just a few streets for the hotel we stayed. Choosing to sit outside behind the restaurant was a good choice since the weather was very pleasant. Not many folks...there until about ten minutes after we arrived and it filled up. All those we encountered we friendly. Service was par for the course for us, not overly attentive. The food ... Gus had wienerschnitzel with fried potatoes and onions and bacon. He very much enjoyed it. I had lasagna of which I too enjoyed. Time to pay. Went through all of our credit cards and none worked. Mind you we had already been out of the country for over a week with no problems using the cards. So I had to go off and find a bank to get cash. Good thing no one got in my way I was ready to kill someone. Got the money, paid the bill and left. Except for the bill paying it was a fine meal. By the way we are now in Denmark, no problems with the cards. Must have been their machine

I've been there for a soccer game of the German national team and it was really good even if the German team lost. The Astra beer is really good and the food too

I lived there for many years and spend much time there. I do not regret a single evening. friendliness and warmth of staff is outstanding. selection of beerwinespirits is very good and the food is very recommendable. Die Linde is something between a BarPubBistro with...a very civilized atmosphere. as a single visitor you always find one to talk with...it a meeting place for almost all ages above approx years. in summer there is a cozy outside beergarden

The bar is pretty good, you have to try their Zombie. They offer some local food when it is in season like Grünkohl and it is pretty good. But also the other food is a kind of good pub food. The service is very good
