Half an hour before the evening we were allowed to sit and order. The service was very attentive and friendly. The food is nicely dressed and right from the serving. View all feedback.
What Rowena Graham doesn't like about Kouros:
I was looking for greek flavors tonight and was terribly disappointed. The appetizer, a smallish single piece of grilled octopus without any garnish whatsoever, was tough, almost unchewable. The main course, gyros from organically raised pork had a pile of old, dry flaverless meat. Nearly...any Doener would have been better. The restaurant stting is pleasnt but needs a decent cook and an owner who cares. 33 Euros inc... View all feedback.
I have eaten in many Greek restaurants in Germany and usually try to find one on each visit. I would probably have had to know from the address at the former that this place was overpriced, pretencious and decidedly average. it wasn't with the food. it was simply nothing special and very expensive (also for hamburg). the child's plate of my sohne, the very small pieces of souvlaki with some pomme friten to €10,90 was an affront definatly not worth visiting.
It is just a perfect place: great location where they even meet prominent, excellent eating and wonderful people. I really recommend eating here
The people could not speak English. even though there was an empty table, they avoid us.
We ate twice here. the first time it was excellent, the second time it was good. they couldn't do the steak properly. service is always excellent and the lugana wein was excellent.
A greek restaurant with Mediterranean cuisine. It is clean. The service is satisfactory. The menu has many options, mainly but not completely greek. It has german influence and this is obvious. Overall it is a good restaurant but not something special.
