The seminar provides a good introduction to the subject, creates basic knowledge and teaches techniques. This creates a good basis for the world of roasting. If you are still interested in the subject, I can agree with the previous speaker. However, in my opinion, it should be noted that the topic of roasting coffee is very special and varied, so that on the one hand it cannot be completely taught in 3 hours and on the other hand, for a deeper understanding of the practice, you simply need to take your own initiative and try it out.
