The service professionally friendly and fast, but not very personal. The food was incredibly good and surprising and despite completely occupied tables the individual courses came to the table very continuously and in excellent quality. Respect!!! At the beginning, the menu card concept did not come to me so much, but you can simply order individual components from the map, but it was also possible to take a touching menu after which, if you do not say a stop, individual portions can be brought to the table again and again, and this can also be dishes and small things that do not exist on the map at the discretion of the sushi master. The restaurant is basically in a kind of courtyard of the Tortue Hotel. There are also two bars there. Once the Jin Gui bar and then another bar (Bar noir) Super modern and beautiful everything. The service staff were very polite and accommodating. I think we ended up paying €220 with a tip. But it was so great! Thank you!
