That alone is unaccept... read more Absolutely outrageous and the absolute worst place. I ordered in the middle of the night and waited 90 minutes, even though they said 30. That alone is unacceptable – but it gets worse. The croque arrived ice cold, almost completely empty, and the wrong size to boot. I ordered 27 cm, and they delivered a ridiculous 18 cm. That's not a mistake, that's fraud. No sauce, even though I paid extra for it. Simply pathetic. The delivery guy topped it all off: he came upstairs without a mask, even though I opened the door wearing one. When I asked him to put one on, he was disrespectful and unwilling to listen. After I mentioned I work in security, he became abusive. Someone like that has absolutely no business dealing with customers. Of course, he didn't have any change, which is standard practice for delivery drivers. The result: I paid an extra €5 because incompetence is apparently part of their business model. The delivery guy then proceeded to deliver without a mask, even though I opened the door wearing one. After a 12-hour shift and being ravenous, you get this cold, unappetizing, and unappetizing garbage delivered, and then you have to deal with an outrageous driver. This place is the biggest dump in all of Hamburg. Never again. First and last order. I'd give it -5 stars if I could, but unfortunately that's not an option.
