Ice cream... read more Or at least labeled vegan ice cream. 5 or so vegan flavors when I visited. None too interesting I tried watermelon and chocolate and those were good. Ice cream is served in glass cups with metal spoons which is nice. Sadly though one of Hej Eis's biggest draws are their Instagram worthy pink and black cones, which are not vegan. Edit: Correcting to 4 stars because apparently the charcoal cones ARE vegan.
