There was a big offer in front of the shop and also in terms of prices: fish sandwiches €5.90 beer €2.50. We ordered this twice. But instead of the actual €16.80 we were charged €18.80. When we asked the waitress about it, she denied the existence of the offer. When we pointed out the two signs, she acted as if she couldn't understand us. I don't usually care about 2 euros, but to deny the mistake and not give us the money back is a huge impudence.
