The atmosphere was warm, relaxed, and pleasant. The sausage and fries were delicious. We opted for the non-pork version called bisonwurst. We had fries and a Fries-Coke with it. How have I not discovered this place before? Highly recommended

We went for lunch wi... read more Edelcurry Second helpings were a must! Edelcurry is a centrally located, super easy to find currywurst restaurant in Hamburg's city center. We went for lunch without a reservation – and the staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, immediately finding us a nice table. We ordered the Hamburg style currywurst, fries, and homemade coleslaw. It was so delicious that we had to order more! The sausage was juicy and fresh, the fries crispy, everything was top notch – a real treat. Small place, big on quality. If you're in Hamburg, you absolutely have to stop by. We'll definitely be back!

The service was a good fit for the concept, the guests, and the standards we set for ourselves. ORDER: 3x Currywurst Hamburg style (1x with fruity sauce, 2x classic) and 2 x fries, plus 4 drinks. When served, we were asked about dips because we had forgotten to specify them. I found that very accommodating. Personally, I found the sausage a bit tough; that might be because it's made from beef. That makes for a bad taste, but it's not a bad thing. Overall, it was very tasty. Hence 5 stars for food.
