Currywurst fried in a deep fryer, that says it all, how can you deep-fry a bratwurst and then sell it as currywurst? That's not okay at all, unfortunately I have to give it one star, preferably 0. I'm on holiday in northern Germany and stopped off here. Perhaps I've been spoiled by the Ruhr area with its popular Dönninghaus sausage, voted the best currywurst in Germany. But as I said, that's not okay with deep-fried bratwurst. The man behind the counter has no idea about food, just put it in the deep fryer and that's it, the mayo is thin as if it had been stretched with water. Even the shashlik is deep-fried, that's not okay at all, yuck. It's fast food and a chip shop, but do you really have to drown everything in fat? The chips were left in the deep fryer for far too long. The sausage was either grilled on a gas grill or used the very best charcoal grill. Once and never again. The currywurst and fries ended up in the trash.
