After calling to inquire, the unbelievable response: Our order was simply delivered somewhere else. No proactive response, no apology, no solution, nothing. This is no way to treat customers. If you're hungry and want to be able to rely on your food, definitely avoid Crazy Croque on Friedrich-Ebert-Damm.

But having the same experience when picking them up from the store (I live 5 minutes away) is really frustrating. What's going so wrong? What's the cause?
