Whenever I'm in Hamburg, my favorite. There is a very, very large menu and there is really something for every taste. The place is big and the staff is very friendly. Also highly recommended for Schnitzelfans as there are countless varieties of Schnitzel. I can only recommend it to everyone and would like to give more stars, but there are only 5. To the toilets: Also these are very clean and tidy. View all feedback.
What Detlef Franz doesn't like about Ciao Bella:
Friday evening: Despite sufficient service staff, we were ignored for a quarter of an hour, which is not possible at all in a station where most people are in a hurry. When we could go, we were asked for our wishes. The food came very fast and was as usual good. Staff, but not very friendly and motivated. View all feedback.
Today with my girlfriend and our two children. What an unbeatable bad performance. My friend and I had ordered a soup in advance. This was then served along with the main course. In my comments that this is probably a bit too early, the operation with seemingly Arab roots was commented in the words that most people want this to always have served together. Potatoes, pumice, asparagus and sauce lukewarm, but the carvings burned on both sides. Conclusion: We have eaten more often at Schweinske in Hamburg and were always on the Reeperbahn and the Lübecker Str. On the other hand, we will never get back to the store at the main station.
Actually, I wanted to see MC Donald. At Schweinske 30min waited for Currywurst with Pommes, and everything is warm. The portion of a joke creepy I annoyed myself. The best were the friendly conditions.
Since I was already in another pig-ske family and hadn't pulled me off the stool, I didn't expect too much. Honestly, we just went in because, unlike a popular fast food chain, there were still some tables free and we only had about 40 minutes until the train of my daughter left. So we sat down and were quickly served in a proper location. We didn't want drinks because we came directly from another restaurant where we had already had a drink. Pretty flotted everyone knew what he wanted and already the attentive waiter was the place to pick up the order: potato columns (2.30 € , chicken crossies with pommes and two dipsaucen (Knobi and Asia sauce for 8.65 € and Spagetti Bolognese with salad for 6.65 €. Apparently, Schweinske has temporarily set himself up to the train station guests because the food came to the table very quickly. It was totally tasty, the portions rich and hot. enthusiasm! In addition, the restaurant appeared very clean. After all, there was still time to go to the toilet. We only saw how big the pigsque is. There is even a children's play corner in the rear area. The toilets were tight, but clean. When a little more filled lady came from the toilet, she had to wait until I finished washing her hands. Together we couldn't have stood there. There was also a toilet man sitting in front of the door, who obviously also did his job and not just sat there for cashing. We are often at the train station and will surely return again! Absolutely recommended!!!
Yesterday kisto and I returned with the daughter of kisto at the Schweinske in the main station. Kisto her daughter was hungry for Burger and actually wanted to go to McDonald's next to Schweinske. In McDonald's there was a long serpent of guests in front of the counter, so I suggested testing the pigsque next door. We went in, searched for a place and had just taken the menu in the hand and agreed on the dishes, when a nice waiter came and asked what he might bring us. We ordered spaghetti Bolognese with salad (daughter of kisto), potato splits (kisto) and chicken crossies with pommes and 2 dipsaucen (for me), which I could choose from Knobi, Asia and BBQ. Everything tasted excellent and we agreed that it would not be the last visit to Schweinske. The spaghetti Bolognese cost 6.65 euros, the potato columns 2.30 euros and my chicken crossies 8.65 euros. You can't complain at the prices. There were three dry rolls as an appetizer at the expense of the house. These made us a little stubborn, for without anything to smear herbal butter, etc., it didn't make any sense for us. To mention positive is absolutely that the waiter was very, very fixed. We assumed he knew travellers at the station always have a hurry. The toilets (men) were also relatively clean.
