Café Sul is a great place to sit and enjoy the Portuguese 'tapas '. We had a platter with roasted vegetables and fish snacks, together with a very nice rosé wine. The service is very friendly. It felt like being in Portugal for a couple of hours. View all feedback.
What Patricia F doesn't like about Cafe Sul:
Staff extremelly slow, after 20 minutes waiting for being attended, even when the waiter was awared about it and the staff were available to assist us, we left the place with a nice sentence of the waiter saying to their workmates in portuguese they dont know how to wait .... unfortunatelly for them we were able to understand... there is no right to treat customers like this. I can't redesign this place, the interior is cheap and uninspired, and the waitress must clearly participate in a workshop, how to behave properly. both of us.
Delicious cake and natas. the interieur is not the most fashionable, but I read here that it is authentic. the service is okay. it is certainly worth the place.
Oh my god pastel de nata, you complete me. what is this heavenly creation of vanilla, custard and cinnamon? once I had one more I had to have, three more.
Very nice restoratiw. the coffees are excellent and the restaurant is therefore also well visited.
This Portuguese caffeine has a very large selection of baked goods, which is also very beautifully presented in the window. the baked is very tasty and also fresh every day. Of course, the vanilla trays (pastal de nata) are sheet-shaped with a vanilla filling. the coffee is also very delicious, especially the me coffee (galão). the room is unfortunately only very small with approx. 10 small tables the caffeine is naturally fast full, in summer they can sit on 4 small tables also outside the place. they can eat very good breakfast here and also for a snack between the last is well suited. only in the facility they could do something.
