Café Fele - Hamburg

We had breakfast at Cafe Fele - the menu was in German only so it was a big disadvantage. We also had to wait for a very long time, the waiter didn't have much work to do, but we still had to ask him to get the menu and remind him again we wanted to order. But the yoghurt was really tasty. Coffee wasn't that good though.

Very nice, neat and stylish place but service is very slow. Coffee they are selling is mild and tasty.

We were on our way home from Hamburg and found this great little cafe. Great atmosphere and great service. We ordered the big breakfast and there was plenty and the food was very good. Try it !

I lived up the street from Cafe Fele for three months and often stopped in to get a coffee or latte on my way to the U-Bahn. I also had breakfast there a couple of times - very cozy, low-key, clean, and good food. They were cooking pasta dishes in the afternoon one time and most days there were a lot of people from the neighborhood sitting outside on the patio enjoying a coffee and croissant. The people who ran it were really nice too... and when I knocked over a scalding hot latte and soaked the entire restaurant, they were nice about helping me clean it up and still welcoming the next time I came in. Kids were welcome... and so was I!
