The ambience is very dense, dark wooden ceilings and walls but very cozy. The service was very friendly, attentive and responded very well to our wishes. The food was very good. For me one of the best steak houses in Germany. when you enter, you almost have the feeling to be landed in a small bar. everything is very cozy but also modern and cool. very warm welcome. presentation of cuts and explanation of possible preparations. very good advice. the steaks are top class. on the spot! very delicious supplements. the service is warm and very attentive. all in all a perfect evening. for the time being!
We had a great three-course menu at butcher’s when we visited hamburg! we can really recommend it. we will definitely come back when we are next time in town!
