I thought it was a burger restaurant, but it was rather a sandwich restaurant with pulled meat. the pommes and the seasoned mayo were great. Unfortunately, the meat was too salty. the sandwiches were just okay.

Yes, the team is nice and accommodating. but I had to wait until my Pulled-Pork-Smoky-BBQ sandwich was beaten 40 minutes tonight, which I find a little too long for a stream for 8 euro (stand: mai 2016) with prepared ingredients. as a candidate for a fast lunch snack I can join with bear claw. if it were at least tasteful! I love pulled pork and good grill sauces for decades and have prepared both in bbq centers like Texas (partly by secret family recipes). the smokey sauce was neither smokey nor generally spicy. in the bear claw the sauces customary in similar snacks and restaurants are missing for after seasoning, nicely prepared the crew a pepper sauce with freshly cut chilis. to sweet potato fries (3,50 euro) was the freshly shaved parmesan. the sweet potatoes were not hot enough to shave, but apparently not hot enough so that the cheese did not adhere, but remained at the bottom of the plate. Congratulations would have been a conceivable alternative, in a bit at such a price, but probably too much. plus point: instead of the usual mediocre hamburger folklore beer holsten and astra there are also acceptable craft beers of rattenherrn. for a good Pulled-Pork-BBQ sandwich, which is in hamburg, I have to go on in the future and on the afternoon you will find in the opposite every amount of real restaurants where similar trips are served faster and especially freshly prepared meals. date of issue: mai 2016: the operator has reported with a beautiful commentary facebook. he said that the 40 minutes waiting period was, of course, completely unacceptable. there was a personal deficiency from a bright family background.

I took the recommendation of the staff to eat the Estragon dijon pulled pork sandwich and the sweet potato pomegranates. what a pleasure! the sandwich has a hearty meat portion and the pommes were a dream! I will definitely come back!
