When we were in hamburg, a friend invited us here. he said it was an incredibly good restaurant. in my opinion, he has subjugated without measure, it is not only incredibly good, but also unimaginable, indescribable ingenial. I can only recommend to anyone who visits a hamburg to reserve a table yu. many thanks for the great evening and we will be back soon.

We were looking for another restaurant on the elbe and actually wanted to ask only about the way...but when you get in the au quai you are automatically in another world! the ambiente and the reception were so overwhelming and friendly that we asked if there is one more table. we had a great evening! everything has been fitting: service attentive, friendly, but not intrusive: first we have taken a long time because we could not decide, but then we decided for a 4 course tasting menu for 39,00 € per person. here are all portioned in a little smaller, so you can sample several things from the map great idea! the highlight was my intercourse: adler fish on quittenragout (is actually a main course). my friend still gets a grinning in the face when he thinks of the delicate calves! we will always like to visit this restaurant! but next time with intention!
