Had an excellent dinner at the bar. Bartenders were friendly and knowledgeable about the extensive menu. The Caesar salad, crab stuffed salmon and bucatini lobster were all outstanding. We made it in time for the happy hour oysters as well. We will be back for sure! View all feedback.
What Frank Dohms doesn't like about Carte Blanche:
Food was not worth the price. Both seafood dishes we ordered were overcooked and very chewy. The sauce for the lobster bucatini was oily because I'm assuming they overcooked every part of the dish. Nice atmosphere but sub par food. View all feedback.
Hands-down the most incredible meal I had in buffalo. I was with my family on Thursday night. there was something on the menu for everyone! the love for detail on the food presentation was beautiful. it was delicious and each dish was well paired with the sides and sauces. for appetizers we had the mosquitoes dijon, a tasty application on a traditional favorite of us, as well as the spargel bernaise, which was perfectly cooked and seasoned. recommend the skallop risotto and the lachs, served with tabak wobble, so the dish the perfect crunch. was the best laughter I ever tasted. for the desert we tried the dark chocolate olive oil cake, which was also delicious. has become the new chef, conor browngart! he let us know that he is thrilled to change the menu frequently, offers his guests an exciting new experience every time they come. we will definitely come back!
Amazing restaurant! eating was amazing and the staff was great. would give 6 stars if possible! perfect for a special occasion or just for a beautiful meal. a must if they are in town for a few days. but you might want to eat here twice. beautiful terrace area also! I come back often!
Our meal was delicious. I had the blackened salmon and my husband had the french pork chop in an apple cider reduction. The popovers are must. They come with dipping oil, a jam or butter. The service was prompt but not overly rushed.
A so beautiful experience we had here! I've been here before, but last night was nice! our server was great, we had a few people with eating sensitivities and they were so helpful and accommodating. our server, management and really the whole personal was so attentive and friendly. eating was amazing and perfectly cooked. many thanks for a great experience!
We were so impressed with our first experience today! From being greeted at the door through our entire brunch we felt welcome and at home! The popover was incredible, French toast was spot on and I was considering a second order of eggs Benedict! Kari was our server and we will definitely ask for her by name again! FIVE STARS FOR CERTAIN!
