Victoria Fish Chips - Hambleton

I tried the Fish and Chips takeout for the first time and was impressed. The portions were great and the batter was perfectly crispy. The location seemed like a charming local spot and the service from the man and woman serving was excellent. I will definitely be returning.

No matter what you get from this establishment it is always spot on perfect. Alan and team work very hard to give a good high standard. I challenge you , try a Whoppa. Absolutely delicious.

I would like to highly recommend this fish shop, sometimes missed on Northallaton high street, due to the location. I have been visiting this fish shop for a while and I can only speak as I find. I am generally very critical and expect a high standard of customer service and quality ingredients. I would like to convey my thanks to the staff of this fish bar as they go out of their way to help the customer. I specifically have Gluten free issues along with my husband who is vegetarian. The staff have a variety of options to meet your needs, and nothing is to much problem. I have to say I have had outstanding Gluten Free and Vegetarian meals all served with a genuinel concern for the customers needs I specifically had Gluten Free fried Chicken with Gluten Free chips, option found with Beef dripping. Also Gluten Free Sausages and vegetarian Sausages. The staff really are excellent. I am so impressed with the high quality and standard. In my case I have a difficult diet and it is so rare to have a fantastic chip shop who caters for my needs. A real true find for Northallaton. A very big thankyou to all the staff.

I am absolutely in shock!!!! I have just been told that I am lying that my missing food was delivered and I just can’t find it! I was told that I can have a free one next time. I said that I would like a refund but he wouldn’t give me one, I tried to explain that the food was very disappointing but he kept talking through me. I asked to speak to a manager and he put the phone down on me, I am still in shock.. never ever would I use this place again!!! UNBELIEVABLY DISAPPOINTING
