What ChiefyChuckles doesn't like about The Black Horse:
Popped in for a drink. Barman was decidedly unfriendly and unhelpful when asked why no hand pulled ales available his reply was delivery tomorrow .Decor dated and needed some money spending. Sadly this place has slowly gone down the pan in recent years. View all feedback.
Yesterday we had a wonderful and satisfying meal to celebrate my father's birthday. Each of the four of us ordered something different, but all of our dishes were delicious and prepared with care. The staff was friendly, efficient, and attentive, and the traditional Yorkshire pub decor added to the unforgettable experience.
Fantastic meal very good value for money, friendly staff good service and a fantastic atmosphere, candles on the table a real nice note
This restaurant is fantastic. The setting is beautiful and the location is stunning (definitely worth a visit). The staff is friendly and the overall atmosphere is lovely. There is also a small park out back, so guests can relax and play after enjoying their meal.
Lovely food and plenty of it,excellent service and very pleasant friendly, happy staff.
This charming village pub offers picturesque views and delightful country-style dishes. The staff can be busy during peak hours, so be prepared for potential delays in receiving your meal. However, if you don't mind a wait, this restaurant comes highly recommended for its excellent food and cozy atmosphere.
