Costa - Hambleton

This morning visited 27/9, which was a nice friendly team and the shop was very clean. a beautiful experience. croissants as always very good

We caught a quick threesome coffee from this costa. service was fast and the coffees were all up to the usual high standards of costa.

The open area at the back of the shop is pleasant and they can dogs by this opposite, which is a bonus. personal friendly and helpful.

We are very careful to go to a caffe because the risk of catching the virus, but the way the personal works and guide this costa in our view is exceptional. all workers were masks, they clean the tables and other areas that were touched by humans. they regulate the amount of people who go in. they can ask people to adhere to the rules that are great, and if someone takes away from it, then they are the problem not the personal in costa. Many thanks for the work as hard to try it as safe as possible for all of us. keep them the good work and please not discouraged from the negative people of this world.

Went into this store for a catch up with my friend and was appalled at the manner of which an elderly couple were treated by a member of staff. Abnoxious, rude and argumentative to members of this couple who were nothing short of sweet and...well mannered. She made a number of other customers feel incredibly uncomfortable to the point that people were leaving without finishing their drinks. We tried reasoning with her however she was not receptive or open to the thought that she may have been in the wrong. When we tried to put in a complaint other members of staff refused to hold her accountable for her actions. An official complaint has been made to the appropriate offices.
