I don't get why they need to pump cold air in your room and only a technician with a laptop can reportedly stop it. At least during work days. The reception is no help. Service: 4

Room standard was good. Breakfast offered a nice variety, which is typical of Scandic. Tiny minus was a 15-minute queue to the waffle machine. I think investing in the second one could be an idea. Also, I would recommend putting some instructions on how to use these. The person in front of me managed to burn his waffle and had to scrap it away.

I kept thinking this is a huge... read more When I ordered four beers the waitress said that they only had two glasses. Well I said, we are four guys and we want four beers. I kept thinking this is a huge hotel. They must have four beer glasses. Luckily one of the colleagues came aiding in a blaze of glory and told the waitress that there were infact several new glasses just a meter from hers location. The venue is sleek and elegant. But the service was a bit slow. Not sure if the hotel has the standard and knowledge to handle big venues.
