All the dishes are made with the highest quality natural seafood, pesticide-free vegetables and rice, and because it's gluten-free, the soy sauce they use is a homemade blend. Everything was really delicious, with an exquisite balance of seasoning that brought out the ingredients. The course kaiseki meal starts with an appetizer called Hassun, and this Hassun is truly amazing! Beautiful presentation that lets you feel the seasons, each ingredient carefully prepared, and this 8-inch dish alone is worth enjoying. The price is not cheap as there is a 15% service charge on top of the course fee, but you can enjoy the wonderful food and excitement that is well worth the price. I would like to go again because I am interested in other seasonal dishes. Also, there was a nice scent of high-quality incense in the store, and it was a store that you could enjoy with all five senses!
