This chain offers Hamburg which is kind of a cross between a hamburger and a steak. They make it by hand right there, no frozen stuff, and it's a very solid option if you come from a western country and are desperate for beef which is quite expensive in Japan due to protectionist trade laws. The service is quick and the food is tasty. The servers are very attentive and friendly too. Wasn't busy at all that day.
