I heard that Hamamatsu in Shizuoka has the best gyoza in Japan and may be the birthplace of Japanese Gyoza. We got lucky that there is a branch at the Expressway Parking Area of Hamamatsu. As a gyoza fan, I can tell the difference. It may be fastfood but gyoza can be good fastfood!
