T-box Grill - Ham Lake

Don 't judge a book by its cover....or a restaurant from the outside. (The building isn 't bad ... just nothing special. I honestly wasn 't sure what to expect, but this place was fantastic from the service to the food... everything was great! The quality of the food made me feel like I was fine dining at an expensive restaurant. Our waitress was attentive and knowledgeable about the menu.The Birria Tacos for an appetizer were amazing! I was so excited to try them, I forgot to take a photo.The main course: Bison Hanger Steak and Maple Glazed Salmon were also very good.

I haven't tried anything else on their menu except their salads because they're just so delicious. Fresh, good balance of crunchy, sweet and salty and the maple vinaigrette is tangy and refreshing. The chicken breast is always cooked to perfection which is rare as chicken breast tends to be dry. Easy to swap some ingredients. It's a smaller place inside, that isn't anything special, though no issues getting a table whenever I go. Service is fast and friendly. This is a locals favourite and I make a point to come here for their salads at least once during my visits to this area.

Not large, thus the name but it more than makes up for in ambience, service and food quality. Menu isn't huge but it doesn't need to be. Give them a shot!

They make my favorite burger! When made right, the box burger is a burger you don't want to put down.
