Domino's Pizza - Ham Lake

Pizza came with wrong toppings and looked like it was made hours ago. Crust was dried out and it was cold. The website wont let you take a screen shot of your order . So their is no way to prove what your order was in the first place. 1 med. pizza and parmesan bites for $30. I expected more for 30$. To be fair the parmesan bites were perfect and delicious. Called them and they put a credit for my next order. Thanks for owning it and trying to make it right.

I ordered a pasta dish and when the order arrived at my address there was no pasta. I call and asked for the manager and explained when happened she got an attitude and disconnected the call.

Pan pizza was not fully cooked, or cut. Still good meal though, the tots are amazing.

My husband and I have been ordering from them for the past 3 years since we've moved up this way. We usually order online so we don't deal with the employees on the phone and can't speak to what others are saying about customer service, but we've always had quick deliveries hot food. I've also had good luck with ordering ahead and it's ready for me in the box on the counter when I arrive.

This place is a joke, kids that think they r managers!! Didn't replace my burnt pizza that had absolutely no sauce n hung up on me 3 times plus called the cops.
