A recent visit to Casey's Gas Station reveals persistent frustrations for customers. Many report unreliable pumps, with issues such as malfunctioning card readers, leaking handles, and insufficient operating units. The promised convenience of pizza rarely materializes, as kitchen hours often fall short or doors remain locked. Even simple requests, like obtaining a receipt, become complicated experiences. Overflowing garbage cans and unhelpful staff further detract from the overall ambiance, leading patrons to seek alternatives. This location may boast a unique pizza offering, but consistent operational failures leave much to be desired.

I couldn't get a receipt at the pump, so I went inside to ask for one. The attendant told me I couldn't receive a receipt because someone else was using the same pump. I don't have time to deal with such nonsense. Instead, she handed me someone else's receipt! It seems like management isn't concerned about fixing the issue of getting receipts from the pump.
Every time I’ve gone to this location I’ve had issues with the pumps. Often most pumps are out of order with 2-4 pumps working. During two of the resent visits I’ve had when stopping here I’ve tried to swipe my card at one of the working pumps and it would not process. I attempted more then once before having to drive to another pump in order to purchase gas (with the same card). Without fail the garbage cans are always over flowing.
At 7:30 in the morning, there were 12 people in line and only one cashier working—a rather elderly gentleman, to be exact.
Pumps are down 50% of the time they are never stocked with receipt paper. (Need it for a gas app). I hate this gas station but its convenient for me. ?
