Burger King - Ham Lake

I don't think this place is worthy of one star, and I have no idea why I keep spending my money there. Maybe I'm hoping things have gotten better (well, it has not). The outside probably hasn't been deep cleaned in years, the inside is a bio hazard, I couldn't walk around the floor without my shoes sticking to it, the tables are not clean along with the fountain area and serving counter (garbage everywhere on them). I ordered online and went inside to pick it up. It wasn't ready, nor did they even know I placed the order. Thirty minutes later, they finished the order threw( really did throw) it on the heater, I had to ask for my order, then that was thrown on the counter. I did even ask for my drink and just walked across the sticky floor and left. Got home the food flat, over sauced, and the burger was under cooked, I ate about half and I got to throw it out. Burger King shut this place down and start over, or put a Mc d's there. My business is going to the DQ across the way, it's worth the thirty minute wait. The restaurant is quick and the food is tasty. The hamburgers could have been warmer. The service is good if you choose to dine in. We went for dinner and the price per person was between $10-20. I would give the food a rating of 3, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 4. I recommend trying the cheeseburger, onion rings, and original chicken sandwich. There is plenty of parking available, with free parking options in the parking lot.

I visited the restaurant drive-thru last Sunday and felt sorry for the girl working there all by herself. She was working hard and maintaining a positive attitude despite the long line of customers. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the chicken wraps as they were small and lacking in filling. I don't plan on ordering them again for $2.99 each. The service was good, and the price was affordable for a meal type of dinner. The overall rating for the food was a 3, while the service received a 5.

This is the worst experience I’ve had at a restaurant. I ordered a chicken sandwich online with pickles. I received a chicken sandwich with two shreds of lettuce and zero pickles. I went inside to just get some pickles. I smiled at the employee and said, “I ordered pickles on this and there aren’t any. Can I please have some on the side?” I didn’t get an answer. I got an eye roll. He then sent a female employee over and I repeated my question politely and with a smile. I got no smile and no answer. She grabbed a cup and put pickles in it and said nothing to me. I said thank you and left. I will never be back.
