I didn't get her name, but the barista with red tips in her hair was incredible. She recognized me as soon as I walked into the line and already knew my coffee order without me telling her. She had it ready by the time I was about to ask for it. She was super sweet and I would recommend that Starbucks to anybody who wants great service.
This location is inside metro. I prefer locations with a drive thru, but this is the only one in town. Drinks are good and made correctly, however the current staff usually don’t greet you, or say what the drink is when they put it on the counter. Minor things, but I’ve had quite a few encounters where there were multiple people waiting and no one knows who’s drink they just put out.
The girl at Starbucks in the metro, named Sarah? I think! I love her! She made my coffee perfectly and spelt my name correctly (which never happens) she was super kind and lovely and I think she deserves a promotion!!
The staff are amazing and make an effort to make my experience a fantastic one. Love my daily visits, my delicious black-tea lemonade, and the warm smiles I receive. Thanks Metro Starbucks team, you guys are the best! Andrea
Such great customer service!! Emily I. and Owen P. were extremely quick and efficient. Emily was super knowledgeable about all the possibilities and drink options and helped me customize my drink. She was extremely patient, a great listener and helpful! Literally such amazing customer service. The drink she recommend was so good! This duo definitely made my experience a positive one and I really hope their management sees this and appreciates them because they are TOP TIER!!! Thanks again, Emily and Owen!!
