Mcdonald's - Halton Hills Canada

This place sucks, charges you money FOR CONDIMENTS and then doesn’t give you them.Never remembers people need straws for drinks.If you had a side, forget about it, they won’t put it in the bag either because nobody pays attention here.Problem is my kid LOVES McDonalds so I gotta come to this sorry excuse for one.

We never choose to eat McDonald's , it's always out of necessity.The few times we use the McDonald's app , it can be a mind bogglingly confusing and frustrating experience. We ended up having to cancel our order through the app and ask the manager to reorder our food through the counter.As always with McDonald's , their food flatter to decieve . But it's a means to an end.

One of the worst McDonald’s in Ontario. Doesn’t matter what time you come here or what time you order you will have a 20 plus min wait beside the fence at the exit. Horrible organization and staff.

This one review is a bit of a hard one for me.....My first order was a mess.. nothing even close to what I ordered in the drive through and I was the last in line!I really complain but this was one of those times where youf spending a lot of money for 2 people on a simple order and they mess it up beyond belief.I called the store and the manager was awesome!! He replaced the full two meals! I only called to complain about the burger's! Had a little trouble two days later when I went back as new staff didn't have my info but the on duty manager believed what I was told to say by the original manager and everything was replaced just as he said..they did forget the big mac sauce on the side but that's forgivable as it was very busy that moment.Gotta rate atmosphere at 3 stars as my car was the dine in experience.

Ordered food tonight and everything was good till I reached the 2nd window, who ever was on there tonight was rude and shut the window twice while I was talking to her. No customer service skills at
