Contribute FeedbackAt a popular local pub, patrons experienced a rollercoaster of moments—from delightful breakfasts and friendly service to disheartening cleanliness issues and chaotic scenes. While some diners praised the economical and tasty meals, others lamented dirty tables and unappetizing food; a mixed grill ordered was particularly criticized for being overcooked and cold. The atmosphere fluctuated between lively camaraderie and unsettling incidents, such as fights and unwelcome disturbances outside. Amidst the chaos, some staff shone with commendable service, highlighting the dichotomy of experiences at this widely frequented establishment. A visit here may leave diners with strong impressions—both good and bad.
I visited the top-rated Wetherspoons in Widnes for breakfast on a Tuesday morning. When we arrived, the restaurant was about half full. We ordered a large breakfast, bacon on toast, and unlimited coffee for two, all for just over £13. The food was delicious and the service was very good and friendly. I would definitely return again.
Went to this pub one Thursday evening on arrival the girl behind the bar was very helpful explaining how to order food on the App at your table.when the food came it was well cooked and very tasty but basic,we had a problem with one of the dishes we ordered and the manager was quick to sort it out very efficiently. we would definitely visit again next time in the area.

I had a wonderful experience with my girlfriend at Wetherspoons. Despite the restrictions, the service was excellent. Joe, our waiter, provided great service every time and was a friendly guy.
