The hygiene is clearly not being met here. I will be speaking to my local council in the morning about this. The chips are also too salty.

The estimated wait time of 90 minutes was extended by an additional 30 minutes without explanation. After contacting the restaurant, I was informed that my food would be ready in 10 minutes, but the status was not updated until much later. When my order finally arrived after over two hours, it was not what I had requested. The XXL donor kebab I had ordered turned out to be a burnt and dry pizza base with minimal meat toppings, lacking fresh tomato and sauce as specified. The manager's rude and unprofessional behavior left me feeling frustrated, especially when my young daughter was upset by his shouting. After attempting to contact the restaurant to address the issue, I received no response. Based on my unpleasant experience and negative reviews, I will not be patronizing Silver Crown again. The lack of quality food and disrespectful management make it an unacceptable dining option.
