I’ve been visiting Widnes for years but never knew about this place until I looked on Trip Advisor for somewhere new to take my Mum for lunch on her birthday.I was a bit doubtful, given that it is located on an industrial estate but we were so delighted that we went back the following week and are sure to return. The decor is fascinating and beautifully done with the Italian Fiat 500 theme. The more you look around the more nice touches you notice.Proper coffee! Paninis, toasties, cakes ice cream all excellent and very reasonably priced. It is very small and we had to wait until four Italian men had finished their espressos before we could go in. They are very fussy about their coffee I believe, however Coffee 500 passed the test! There are some tables with umbrellas outside also if the weather is decent.Nice clean bathroom too.The lady who runs it on Fridays is lovely, very pleasant – she even bought my Mum a piece of cake for her birthday! This is one of those places which you hesitate to review as you would like to keep the secret....but that would be selfish!

I've visited her about 4 or 5 times and the staff are always very friendly. The coffee is great and there is usually a good selection of lovely cakes, plus ice-cream and paninis. Also free wi-fi.I turned up one afternoon with my mother-in-law and they were closed for a spring clean/stock taking but they still offered to make us coffee. There are a couple of tables outside where you can sit in the sunshine if it's out!

Stumbled on this place, had seen sign for months and decided to investigate. Fab cup of Italian coffee, great sandwich and pretty good cakes. Not what you would expect on an industrial estate, but what made it special was the friendly service. Great find,we will be back..ps best priced cup of coffee ever!
